Durango, CO: The Community Development Department is hosting a public open house to present findings, share recommendations, and get input from the community on upcoming Land Use & Development Code amendments.
Come join city staff at the Durango Public Library at 1900 East 3rd Avenue on Oct. 5 from 4- 6 p.m. in program rooms one and two and learn more about upcoming code amendments and sign up to be involved with anticipated future code amendment processes.
Upcoming code amendment topic areas will include:
- Building permit valuation updates
- Public hearing process updates
- Parking code updates
- Planning and design commission reconfiguration
- Accessory dwelling unit updates
